SUNBERG's focus is mainly on three core practices: Management Consulting, IT and CFOs.
Management Consulting
We have a wide database of professionals. It ranges from those professionals who are used to working as contractors; those who have just finished their MBA and are deciding about which Consulting Company is the best for their personal growth [and which might help them to a better career opportunities in one of the “Big Blue Chip Companies”] ; to those who are/were partners in Global Strategy Consulting Companies and are thinking about when is the right time to make a move outside of the MC world. We also have those who grew into senior professionals and did not know that Management Consulting could be next (and very emotional) move in their career -full of new surprises, environments, cultures, ways of understanding - and we introduce this world to them. We screen the MC market for several years and we constantly "keep fingers" on those who we think are talented and have increasing value and a bright future. We also do not work with all MC companies. We believe that long-lasting partnership has a value, and not only the professional one. In our view, the candidate is as important as our client, and we always want to help and fully satisfy both.
(Our candidates usually have on their CV’s companies like: McKinsey, A.T.Kearney, A.D.Little, Rolland Berger, Boston Consulting Group or they can come from BIG 4 (Delloite, Ernst&Young, KPMG, PWC) or Accenture, Cap Gemini and lots of others who have strong specialization in some discipline or market segment with global or even local presence. Specialization like: Corporate Finance, Information Management, Operations Management, Strategy & Organization, Sustainability & Risk, Technology & Innovation Management. Industry expertise in Automotive, Chemicals, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Health Care, Manufacturing, Private Equity, Public Services, Telecoms, Information Media & Electronics, Travel & Transportations etc.) All of our candidates speak fluent English and most of them fluent Czech, but it’s not a condition to become a candidate. )
IT
We are usually contracting our IT specialist, even though our consultants have performed various searches for Senior or hard to find IT specialists or experts. We are used to working with leading system integrators, banks and various other institutions and also with mid-size boutiques SW houses. We have wide and life active network of contractors counted in hundreds with almost all possible specializations. We communicate with them to always have the right and “up to date” information about their current work/project and about their availability for new projects or about their plans - in order to be able to deliver the right experts to our clients at the time they need them.
CFOs
We are constantly building, enlarging and updating our network of TOP Czech CFOs. We are active members of CFO club (www.cfoclub.cz) to be updated about the market and partner with the CFO leaders. In case our client hires us to find a CFO, we exclusively use a Retained Executive Search Method.
